Technical specification

Revoluční 7 was built at the end of the 50s and beginning of the 60s in the last century. From the beginning, it has served as an office building. In the 90s it underwent reconstruction in order to meet the needs of the bank which had its seat there until the fall of 2012. The reconstruction consisted mainly of the assembly of a glass roof over the inside courtyard and the creation of an underground garage on the first underground floor which is accessible to cars via an elevator from Benediktská Street.

This year, the building underwent another reconstruction, in which one common entrance and a prestigous reception area was created on the ground floor and 760 m2 of retail units space with new shop windows and newly created independent entrances into each unit from the street were added. From the first up to the sixth floor, 4,700 m2 for offices with a flexible, open space arrangement of open space or a closed layout for one up to three tenants on each floor was created. A revitalization of the building facade was also included in the reconstruction.
